This statement simply means that nothing is life ever stays the same. Everything-nature, society, relationships, and people-undergoes change. How you handle change is a measure of how successful you will be in life. Identify three changes in your life that have affected you either directly or indirectly. Tell what the incidents were, what the effect on you was, and how it changed you or the way you think.

渋幕のエッセイは３０分間です。

書くこと自体に時間がかかりますから、ブレーンストーミングをする時間は十分に取れないかもしれません。

ですから、エッセイテーマに結びつけられるネタを、準備しておく必要がありますよね。
